It has a strong infrastructure with associate degree, undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral student employees who are experts in their fields in the R&D Center, which has more than 80 competent personnel, most of which are engineers.

Product development, process development, product improvement, technology development, In addition to testing/validation method development functions, customer technical support services are also provided.

To carry out these activities, the highest level of software and hardware are used in today's conditions.

CES Selector software is used for the material properties database and is verified with the Spectral Tester and Instron Universal Tester in the R&D Laboratories.

Siemens NX Unigraphics is used for 3D solid and surface modeling and CAD design.

Within the scope of computer aided engineering, simulation and analysis studies are carried out with Ansys Workbench, nCode Design Life, Autoform and Simufact.

The ultimate 3D CMM for measurement and verification, Laser scanning and life test devices are used.

IFS and TeamCenter are used for information and data management.

New Product Development

In line with the demands from the customers and the Sales/Marketing group, the projects are managed in accordance with the TS 16949 quality management standard, and quality products are brought to the vehicle aftermarket.

Concerning all the products produced; competitor benchmarking studies, literature and patent searches, design, analysis and simulation, process analysis, verification tests are carried out. In the world aftermarket, technological innovations, patents and utility models used in original parts of vehicles are followed very closely, and the capabilities of developing products of equal or better quality than the original are constantly increased.

Process Development

Development of the processes of the new designed products and adaptation of the innovations in this field are also carried out within the R&D Center. In addition, production optimization projects by using lean production techniques in order to increase efficiency in production processes It is led by the GE Center.

Product Improvement

As a result of the evaluation of product-based performance improvement requests from customers and end users, necessary improvements in product design and processes are planned and carried out.

In addition to these requests, The performance of the products in the field is closely monitored and additional improvement studies are carried out, aiming for full customer satisfaction with superior quality in the market.

Technology Development

Advanced Engineering Studies

The designs made in the Siemens NX 3D design program are tested with analysis and simulation studies in the virtual environment before they reach the prototype stage, thus minimizing the losses in the product development and commissioning process.

With these tools, products are introduced to the market earlier and stand out in the market. For this purpose, finite element analysis software such as Ansys, Autoform and Simufact, which are accepted all over the world, are used.

R&D Projects

With a professional team under project management; In addition to the product projects carried out in the R&D Center, TÜBİTAK – TEYDEB projects and process improvement projects are carried out with public support and many different universities and research institutions.
